Born and raised in Sarasota, FL, Ian Bernard has been working in radio since he was 17. At just 22 years of age, he created Free Talk Live, which started broadcasting in 2002. Now, Free Talk Live can be heard in over 30 markets across the country. Not only is Ian is the main voice on the show, but he is also the webmaster and handles the affiliate relations department for the program.
Mark Edge (formerly known as Manwich) was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He has been working in radio since 1999 and won an Addy award in 2002 for his work. He’s received numerous sales awards in advertising and was the youngest general manager of a radio station in the Tampa Bay Area. Mark is an avid reader, breeds tropical fish, loves classic automobiles, enjoys mountain climbing and amuses himself with his eclectic knowledge of semi-useless information. 
Together Ian and Mark, along with a large cast of other libertarians, make up Free Talk Live, which is unlike any other nationally syndicated talk show anywhere. It’s broadcast live from Keene, NH as part of the Free State Project, which believes that the maximum role of civil government is the protection of life, liberty, and property. Ian and Mark emphasize that Free Talk Live is your show and that you take control of the air waves.
